By clicking "Submit" button, I provide my consent to Team International Services, Inc., a United States legal entity, as well as to all its affiliated entities (collectively referred to as Company), to process the following personal data for recruitment purposes, which includes:
- Collecting, storing and sharing my personal data (name, photo, resume, contact details, location, education data, job history, video stream during job interviews, public information from my social media profiles and other necessary information) with Company representatives and Company customer's representatives for conducting job interviews
- Assessing my skills with recruiting positions
- Collecting, assessing, keeping and sharing any data with Company representatives or Company customer's representatives which I provide during various tests (skills assessments, job test tasks, job interviews, verbal/written conversations)
I agree that I transfer all rights (job tests tasks, verbal conversations) to the Company that results from my participation in Company's processes related to candidates.
I am informed that I have the following rights regarding my personal data:
- Right to be informed - to be informed how personal data has been collected, processed, and stored, what data exists, and for what purposes the data is used;
- Right to access – to view and request copies of personal data;
- Right to rectification – to request inaccurate or outdated personal information be updated or corrected;
- Right to be forgotten/Right to erasure – to request personal data be deleted. Note, that this is not an absolute right and may be subject to exemptions based on certain laws;
- Right to restrict processing – to request the restriction or suppression of personal data;
- Right to data portability – to move, copy, or transfer personal data from one data controller (Company) to another, in a safe and secure way, in a commonly used and machine-readable format;
- Right to object – to object to being a subject of processing of personal data;
- Right to object to automated processing – to demand human intervention, rather than having important decisions made solely by algorithm.
